Gestul este formă și energie. Conține informație și vorbește mult mai ușor și mai rapid despre arhetipuri decât o pot face cuvintele. Face ca esențialul să înflorească în prezent și să atingă astfel coarda sensibilă. Emoția se naște prin sugestie și aceasta ține foarte mult de fragilitatea simțurilor, care răspund mai prompt decât răspunde mintea la stimuli intelectuali. Bineînțeles că gestul trebuie încărcat de sens. Altfel el este un gol, o minciună pe care o rostește corpul. Cât de greu este pentru un actor să armonizeze pe scenă adevărul cuvântului cu adevărul gestului? Și cât de mult distruge un gest fals tot personajul de până atunci…

Într-o lume care a devenit mută în a-și exprima autenticele trăiri și surdă față de tot ceea ce este lipsit de pragmatism, gestul contează.

Gesture is shape and energy. It contains information and talks about archetypes more quickly and easily than words do. Gesture determines the essential to bloom here and now. In this way it reaches the heart. Emotion is born through suggestion, because both depend on the fragility of the senses which respond more promptly than mind does to intellectual stimuli. Of course that the gesture should be loaded by meaning. Otherwise, there is nothing else but a gap, a lie said by the body. How hard is for an actor to harmonize on the stage the word`s truth with the gesture`s truth? And how much does a false gesture ruins the whole character built until that moment…

In a world that became silent in expressing authentic feelings and deaf towards everything that lacks pragmatism, gesture counts.
